Depending on your needs, you can choose an on-site support plan that lasts two, three, or four years from the date of purchase of the business devices. If an hardware problem occurs during this time, AppleCare for Enterprise helps you get back work as quickly as possible. You can request service at your location starting from the next business day, or go to one of Apple's Authorized Service Providers located around the world. Visit the on-site support page to see where the service is available.
In addition to on-site hardware coverage, you can have up to 4% of Mac computers or Apple-branded monitors repaired, or up to 10% of iPad or iPhone devices under warranty, for any reason and at no additional cost. In most cases, Apple will repair or replace the device within one business day.
AppleCare for Enterprise reduces the workload of your internal help desk by providing 24/7 telephone technical support, even to end-user. It's the best way to get answers about all Apple products: hardware, operating systems, and apps like Keynote, Pages, and Numbers. Your team will also be supported in setting up accounts and personalized settings.
AppleCare for Enterprise includes AppleCare Help Desk Support: an unlimited plan of telephone technical assistance for the diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues, and for the isolation of problems in Apple systems. With one call you can also receive help for Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.
For more complex issues, each year of AppleCare for Enterprise includes an on-site visit to your IT department: you will thus receive support for complex deployment and integration scenarios, such as MDM solutions and Active Directory.
If necessary, by paying an additional amount you can extend technical support for the IT department through an AppleCare OS Support contract.
