In case of damage to your AirPods or AirPods Pro (either the earbuds or the case), you can directly visit one of our stores and request the repair or replacement of the device, subject to service coverage.

C&C Care for
Refurbished iPhone

C&C Care covers damage to refurbished devices up to a maximum of 70% of the purchase price of the product. If the damage is greater, the remaining repair cost shall be borne by the customer. In case of refusal of the intervention, C&C will issue a Gift Card equal to 70% of the amount spent for the purchase of the device and will keep the damaged device.

The service is valid of 12 months and must be activated at the same time as the purchase of the refurbished iPhone and cannot be extended for the years following the first.

In case of damage to the device, you can contact the toll-free number 800 121 660 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding holidays).

C&C Customer Care will verify the coverage of the service and start the process of managing the case.

If your device is damaged, you can go to the nearest C&C Authorized Service Provider or contact Customer Care at the toll-free number 800 121 660 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding holidays). Once service coverage is verified, the case management process will be initiated.

C&C Care is an additional assistance service covering the risk of damage to your device. It is valid for one year and must be activated at the same time as the purchase of the device and can be extended for an additional 12, 24 or 36 months, if subscribed before the annual expiry date.‍

C&C Care covers the repair or replacement of the device in case of unlimited accidental damages and provides for the replacement of the device if it cannot be repaired.

If your device is damaged, you can go to the nearest Authorized Service Provider C&C or contact Customer Care at the toll-free number 800 121 660 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm (excluding holidays). Once service coverage is verified, the process of managing the practice will be started.
