Products classified as ex-demo are items used exclusively for in-store display. They are in excellent aesthetic condition and come with a one-year warranty.
Products classified as refurbished are devices that have been tested and subjected to rigorous Apple diagnostic tests, covering both hardware and software. If any damaged or non-functioning parts are found, they are replaced with original parts to ensure full functionality before being put back on sale.
C&C provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all used products. In the event of a malfunction, the warranty includes free pick-up and return to and from the C&C Authorized Service Center. Additionally, C&C Care is available—a dedicated service that covers accidental damage.
The packaging for used products is either the original box or C&C-branded packaging.
