C&C, the first Italian Apple Premium Reseller, aims at the European market and broadens its horizons with the acquisition of the overseas group iConcept.
Thus, the expansion journey of the Apulian company continues, and this time it reaches the French borders: it is in the southwest of the nation that the Gigli brothers officially debut by incorporating 11 stores located in the city centers of Toulouse, Labège, Bordeaux, Bègles, Biganos, Pessac, Anglet, Bayonne, Pau, Tarbes, and Limoges.
This substantiates the People Around Technology, a claim that C&C has embraced for two years now, and from today it will be enriched by an additional 150 units, totaling 510 human resources serving the French and Italian clientele.
iConcept, with a share capital of €1,914,000 and a turnover of 68 million, over 500,000 referenced customers, and with 4200 square meters of showroom, is a company founded in 1996 in Bordeaux, in the Chartrons district, which has been engaged in the sale and repair of Apple products as well as training and education for over 25 years.
With this further acquisition, for the first time outside national borders, C&C becomes an international enterprise and enters the foreign market, another piece in the company's growth path.
“There couldn't have been a better way to start this 2022 – administrators Michele and Luca Gigli convey – After closing 2021 with a turnover that exceeded €250 million, we have projected ourselves into the new year by investing all our energies with the intention of exporting the C&C brand abroad as well. We like the idea of internationalizing our company, determining development, new jobs, and expanding our perspectives in an attempt to be a reference point for customers abroad as well”.
“The top management of the iConcept group, with whom we have shared ideas and goals since the early negotiations – Michele Gigli adds – embody exactly our vision of a company that places people at the center, the true beating heart of successful enterprises. Aware of the efforts made in these 20 years to achieve today's results, we look to the future with great confidence. The market and the world around us show a great desire to move forward and react to what is happening, and we embrace this change, with clear goals in mind that we want to achieve, starting with new development plans, not without being supported by those who have great confidence in us: our customers”.
