Founded in 2001, C&C is a people-centric company, reflecting its payoff "People Around Technology". In a technological world that can feel impersonal, C&C places the human element at the core of its identity. Specializing in the Retail, B2B, and EDU sectors, C&C provides technological solutions for businesses and educational institutions, supporting digital transformation and improving operational efficiency.
LOGO
The C&C logo must always include the brand mark, logotype, and registered trademark (®).
It is always prohibited to use the C&C logo void of the registered trademark (®) without written authorization from C&C S.p.A., except for certain internal purposes, such as: illuminated signage in its own stores or at trade fair events where C&C participates as an exhibitor.
The iconography of the three circles without the logotype can only be used on specific occasions, with written authorization from C&C S.p.A. or for internal use, such as: C&C social media channels, graphic element in C&C videos.
The exclusive use of the logotype is never permitted.

The use of the trademark is permitted on light flat colors, light gradients, or photos that do not have details that compromise its visibility. It is also possible to use the white version for use on dark backgrounds.
It is not permitted in any way to alter or modify the trademark in its proportions and colorations. Background tones similar to the brand's palette would compromise its clarity. It is also forbidden to use it on gradients and photos that do not guarantee clear readability.
For correct visibility, it is necessary to reserve a clear area around the trademark, not less than the diameter of one of the three circles, to isolate it from other images, graphic elements, and page cuts. When the registered trademark (®) is present, this clear area must include only the logo. The registered trademark (®) is always excluded from this area.
SYMBOL
The C&C symbol can be used separately from the logotype only for internal use or with authorization from C&C S.p.A., for example in in-store communications, on its social media channels, or in C&C videos.
The distance between the circles is equal to their diameter divided by 8.16; the distance between the trademark and the logotype is equal to the diameter of the circles divided by 4.95.

PARTNERS
C&C's partnerships follow rigorous co-branding principles, with each use of the company logo requiring prior written approval from C&C S.p.A. The goal is to ensure perfect visual consistency through equivalent dimensions, balanced alignment, and carefully defined spacing between the C&C logo and the partner's logo.
If the partner's logo is disproportionately large, it is necessary to resize it to match the height of the C&C logotype.
The arrangement of the logos must comply with the following criteria:
the distance between the C&C logo and the partner logo corresponds to the diameter of two spheres of the C&C trademark
this space must be interspersed with a line with a thickness identical to that of the registered trademark (®)
the height of the line must be equivalent to the height of the C&C trademark, including its clear space
If the partner is promoting a specific event and has not established guidelines for the use of their logo in co-branding, the same principles previously described can be applied, with a reversal of the logo arrangement. Also in this case, written approval from C&C S.p.A. is required.
The Apple Premium Partner logo follows the same spacing and proportion rules already defined for all partners. The vertical version is always preferable and must have a trademark and logotype height corresponding to that of the C&C trademark and logotype, excluding the rectangular box. In specific cases, and only with written authorization from C&C S.p.A., it is possible to use the horizontal version of the Apple Premium Partner logo.
PAYOFF
The payoff "People Around Technology" can be used in conjunction with the C&C logo or alone, as an independent claim. Depending on the needs, it can be arranged on one, two, or three lines and adopted in any color, although white or black are preferred. The font used is Google Inter SemiBold 600 (Download), with a line height of 1.1 Em.
